Screenshots of Product Catalog Builder
Product Catalog Builder is a highly adjustable tool for creating catalogs of products of every imaginable kind. As you start the program, a welcome page is shown:

This is just an example. You can edit the text directly to address your customers. After getting your product catalog on a CD or after downloading it your customers will see the information provided by you in place of this demo page.
Directly under the toolbar with all its buttons we can see three tabs: Welcome, Catalog, Your Order. Let's go to the "Catalog" tab:

This is a demo product catalog called "Table Top Decoration". It should give you an idea how to create your own product catalog. You can play with it, adding new items, editing or deleting the existing ones. Here you can also add items to your orders.

"Your order". Here you can test different settings for orders.
Click "Options" on the toolbar to get the "Options" menu:

Here you can adjust all possible settings and behaviors of the program. Pay attention to the "About" section: there you should provide information about your company. This information will be then automatically inserted into your reports, printed catalogs, orders etc.
As next, we can upload our product catalog to make it available for our customers. Click the "Upload" button on the toolbar:

Other ways of distributing your catalog of products are Creating a Catalog CD:

printing your catalog or publishing it as PDF:

creating a HTML product catalog, printing a price list etc.:

On the screenshot above, you can see the built-in report manager. It has quite a number of pre-installed templates (see the list on the left), but you also can create your own ones or edit the existing reports.
In the "Download" section of the site you can download the free trial version of Product Catalog Builder. A detailed help on creating your own product catalog and on different program settings is available.

I'm writing just to thank you for the amazing program. It never occured to me that
an electronic product catalog could save so much time and money. The last time I counted
it was a four-digit figure. Can't help thinking I should have found it earlier... ![]()
